I was driving North towards Ann Arbor on a single road that went from 50mph to 35mph towards a traffic circle. This white SUV was driving immediately behind me. I could tell he wanted me to go faster but we were already going 50 into a 35. He didn't seem like that I was slowing down towards the traffic circle and he let his emotions get the better of him. As the road split from 1 to 2 I was about to move into the right lane but this maniac decided to speed past nearly scraping my car where my dog was. I honked but he sped off in his White SUV. His license plate reading "99 MPH".
