These are military medal awarded plates and this dude is not ever been military. The police confiscated the plates from his last car a few weeks ago from his Mercury Sable which he sold. The Aveo showed up a couple weeks before this happened. The car appears to have been purchased from Gilleys car lot. I would bet there is no insurance or transferred title either.
