Was driving side to side all the was from 145 in anson county... hit the shoulder multiple times, and crossed into the left lane multiple times.. as we entered city limits the vehicle the vehicle drifted side to side. The turn lane in front of the 1st Bank for Lowes, the vehicle drifted in and out of but stayed in the right lane to keep going down 74... drifted multiple times all the way to Wal-Mart. I just want to make a report because I am not sure if they were drunk, on the phone or doing it intentionally.
