The driver was parked in a fire lane, and quickly cut in front of me - scraping the front of my car. (I can buff that out, no worries) I saw someone from a store come out and saw her pick up merchandise she had dropped. I guess that was her getaway car. I dont know what was worse, a thief, or a thief that has "Proud Veteran" on their car and doing this. He did not stop at all, I got his plate and gave the store keeper their info as well.
