The driver engaged in reckless merging and aggressive passing despite being a full car length behind. During the maneuver, the driver opened the moonroof to display middle fingers with both hands for more than 20 seconds, creating a severe distraction and traffic hazard. Due to the extremely erratic driving and highly irrational behavior, I strongly suspect the driver was operating the vehicle under the influence.
