Driver parked in the (only) handicap parking spot when there were even other spots available. She sat in her car for 3 minutes before she even came inside, where I was waiting to confront her. I stated that she didn't have a tag on her mirror. She said "and?" I pointed out that she had parked in a handicap parking spot and she informed me, with her entitled attitude, that she would only be there a few minutes.
