I was on a jog and had the right of way to cross the intersection (the walk sign was white). The woman driving this Mazda sped up to the intersection to make a right turn, and I had to jump back to avoid being hit by her car as she stopped in the crosswalk. It seemed like she was texting and driving. She also had at least two young children in the car.
