Blocking traffic and brake checking vehicles. Brought traffic to complete standstill in middle lane of 95N. Swerving and changing lanes to block vehicles and attempted to initiate collision. Forced vehicle off road. Dismounted and aggressively approached my vehicle. Fled in direction of 76W when he realized I was giving his description to law enforcement.
