Out of state Pennsylvania plates which he had fake Texas buyer plates just two weeks ago. He (Jeffery Padilla) lives full time at 6546 79th Pl middle village ny 11379. He has this vehicle parked on the street everyday since 2013! I hope something can be done about this illegal vehicle!
