He was stopped at a red light as our lane was green. He became impatient and peeled out into oncoming traffic without checking, nearly T-boned us and did not stop even as our car was within his view. We had to swerve into other lanes to avoid getting hit by him. Luckily there was no one to the side of us or else we would not avoid getting hurt. Reckless driver made no acknowledgement of nearly causing this accident.
