Third encounter around 5:30 a.m. (08/21/2018). Subject exited Storm Branch Extendion onto Silver Bluff in front of oncoming traffic. Subject turned into Gray Mare Hollow Road and tailgated very closely the forward vehicle. After swerving back and forth, the subject passed the forward vehicle on double line.
