Not only did they PARK IN A NO PARKING ZONE, this jackass parked in a RED FIRE LANE MARKED "NO PARKING FIRE LANE"!!! Another violent criminal let loose on public roads by the so-called "law", that has no regard for human life, property, OR THE LAWS they are supposed to uphold!
