Sunday 8/9/26 time 2:51 this person was driving super slow in the fast lane, once we were in front person tailgated/ going really fast and was changing lanes when we were changing lanes to keep going in front of us once he/she was in the front he/ she was driving really slow. We kept distance person should NOT be driving on the freeway if he has road rage license plate was from WA
