She was honked at after the light turned green and she didn't move; she proceeded to follow me for 3 miles, weeving in and out of traffic, running red lights, and almost got in numerous crashes with other vehicles. Had to drive to Manassas PD and get on phone with them for them to get her away from me. Should be considered extremely dangerous.
