Multiple days this male driver of a Silver Kia hatchback car (Forte maybe) has come very close to hitting my car and other vehicles on the road from swerving in and out of traffic, speeding and following WAY too close. There have been multiple occasions where either I have tried to change lanes and he has sped by me almost clipping my rear bumper or he has swerved out around me and then cut back over and almost hit me. This always happens on the stretch of RT 9 (going towards Charles Town) between Kelly Island Rd and the Wiltshire/Bardane exit. He has to be flying at least 80-85 if not faster. Sooner or later he is going to cause an accident.
