Discription of Events: At the Harry Reid Airport, the driver parked in passenger drop-off unsafely, attempted to merge into thru traffic without looking or using directional signals, proceeded to reverse without looking, would have backed right into my car if we hadn’t honked, then proceeded to merge into through traffic again without using a signal, then sped off at an unsafe speed, nearly hitting pedestrians in the process.
