Discription of Events: A woman flew up behind me, almost hit me, then aggressively forced herself in between me and the car in front of me when there was no room to merge on Radio Drive. Once she was in front of me, I saw her pick up her phone to start texting. Further down on the road, as I passed her, she was making a phone call with children in the back seat.
