Discription of Events: A middle aged woman was riding two feet behind my car on Velp, where the speed limit is 35. The vehicle I was driving was going 35 because my younger brother who is 13, and another highschool student who is 16. I am 16 years old and was scared for the hazard this lady was creating. The lady had two younger children in the car as well. I pulled over and she honked at me, flipped me off, and followed me. When I continued to drive home, she continued to tailgate me. She followed me home and I was terrified for the lives of the passengers in my car as well as my own. The lady told me she called the cops on me, while I was going the speed limit.
