Discription of Events: Weaving in and out of traffic, cutting people off, tailgating, flipping people off for no reason, and nearly running 3 people off the road. He was tailgating several cars behind me, then sped up to at least 90 to fly around me, cut me off with about half a car length to spare, then slammed on his brakes, then flipped me off for having the audacity to honk. I saw him nearly cause 2 other accidents before speeding away.
