Discription of Events: She was driving a dark colored, SUV, with Wisconsin plate 393XAA in Wilmington, NC. She tried to force me into oncoming traffic because she was in the wrong lane and I was in her way. At the stop light, she pulled up next to me, rolled down her window, began cussing and towing things at my car, with her daughter in the car! I did get her picture and wish I could upload it here. I did put it on Wilmington Idiot Spotter though.
