Discription of Events: He was driving all over the road speeding up to inches from my bumper then slowing down. Swerving to the other lane in front of oncoming traffic. Attempting to pass me then changing his mind last minute. I caught glimpse of his face in my mirror and his eyes were barely open. He looked either high or very drunk. BE CAREFUL!! KEEP AN EYE OUT!!
