Discription of Events: Was driving down River and this woman started to try to merge into my lane while I was right next to her. She gave zero reguards and I had to slam on my breaks and I proceeded to hold my horn down at her and she just drank from a bottle. This was scary because 1) She could have hit my car. 2) My boyfriend was on the side that she almost hit and this really angered me. Be aware of this driver.
