Discription of Events: Car has extremely black tinted windows, driver frequently brake checks drivers behind him/her. Maintains presence in left (fast) lane. Drivers slow when next to traffic in right lane and speeds up to not allow right hand pass. They did this to 3 different cars at approximately 3:45pm on 11/8/2018. Spends more time looking in rearview mirror behind them than on the road. Played this game from Canal Winchester to Lancaster where they cut across two lanes to make the exit, cutting off another driver in the process.
