Discription of Events: Decided to cut me off in traffic I-35 just south of the interchange with I-80. I changed into the lane the driver was previously occupying and sped up to pass him and get into the exit lane for Mills Civic Parkway. The driver then got in behind me turned on some weird flashing LEDs that were attached to the truck and then raced up behind me with his high beams on. Followed me off of the interstate in this manner until westbound on Mills Civic until the first stop light at the entrance to West Glen Towncenter where they pulled up next to me. I stared them down but couldnt see anyone because of the illegal tint on their side windows. They did not roll the window down. Tried to pull ahead of me at stop light so I crowded the intersection. I sat and waited at the light to see what they would do. They chose to run the red light and continued west on Mills Civic.
