Discription of Events: Driver ignored a sign that warned his lane was ending, he tried to merge left into my lane while I was directly next to him and I had no way of getting over since there was also a car to my own left. He proceeded to speed up and cut me off causing him to almost hit the car in front of us so that he had to slam on his brakes (as did i). Nearly caused a pileup, worst driving i have ever seen anyone do and that says a lot coming from someone whos constantly driving in new jersey and new york.
