Discription of Events: Me an my mother were crossing the street (had the right away to cross at the crosswalk) to get to Athens-CLarke Library an this lady in a small white vehicle with bars on the top like bike holders or something, still drove across in front of us an were inches away from hitting us. My mother is disabled an is partially blind so I have to help her cross the street, me myself I am 17 weeks pregnant. An she just looked at us like we were in the wrong.
