Discription of Events: 9/16/18 - Reckless driver kept passing at high speed on HWY99 south, last pass attempt to get around a truck went straight into the oncoming lane with traffic approaching did not attempt to move over to avoid impact and caused 7 or 8 cars to veer to the right and off the road, slamming on their brakes to avoid a head on colision
