Discription of Events: Almost ran me off the road. Forced his way into left lane (not highway) when there wasnt much room in front. Stopped at red light. When light turned green he sat there on purpose then proceeded very slowly and slammed on brakes trying to provoke me. Then turned into gas station (looked like he wanted me to follow to fight.)
