Discription of Events: As I was pulling out of the Newington Big Sky Fitness location and onto Fenn Road, A black Dodge Ram tailgated me as I was getting closer to an intersection light. Before the intersection, I could see the old man flailing his hands as he proceeded to cross the double yellow line, speed up and cut me off very close to my vehicle as we hit the intersection with a red light. In order to avoid collision with this truck, My lancer went over the curb and onto the grass (right side). This man proceeded to tailgate everyone that was in front of him, did not stop at the next intersection red light next to the Central Connecticut State University Sign (still on Fenn Road) and drove extremely aggressive the whole time. This type of driving needs attention or he will cause problems or worse - an accident.
