Discription of Events: The driver of this vehicle was tailgating me and switched lanes because I wasnt going fast enough. He then was swerving in and out of the lane he was in. He decided to come back into my lane(in front of me this time) and was still swerving in and out of the lane almost hitting a dump truck. He then proceeded to swerve into the next lane while speeding and tailgating another car. He ended up coming back into my lane(behind me once again) and I saw he was on his phone, looking down more than a second, which is why he was swerving into lanes, speeding and tailgating cars. My boyfriend and I were very scared something was going to happen. He should not be driving on the road. He is a danger to no only himself but everyone around him. I got his license plate; 167-UWN, Im not sure what kind of car but its grey and my boyfriend and I think its a Nissan but not sure.
