Discription of Events: Drives extremely fast down 459 to Grants Mill Road taking his child to Highlands School on Old Leeds Road. Cuts you off on 459. If he is behind you on Grants Mill Road like to try and pass you with his hazards on with no place to go bc traffic is bumper to bumper coming up the hill to Old Leeds Road where he also like to try and pass you even if cars are in front of you. He is going to kill not only his child in the back seat but someone else also. This is the 4th time in 6 weeks this guy has been behind me endangering me and others!!
