Discription of Events: 7/20/18 10:35 pm. Exiting the Beltway 695 onto Philadelphia Rd, RT 7 south, I was on a Harley-Davidson following my wife in a Honda Accord. South bound traffic required us to stop at the end of the ramp. This driver came very close to hitting me trying to pass me on the ramp. At the end of the ramp he was still behind me he couldnt pass. He then almost hit me when he decided to go around both vehicles as we were merging into the slow lane traffic and shoot out into the traffic on Philadelphia Rd. He not only nearly hit me but caused me to lose control of the motorcycle. He came very close to hitting me and in passing me he just barely missed hitting my wife in the drivers side. Being impatient nearly caused 2 close calls! He sped up to about 70 mph and would have run the red light at Golden Ring Rd. except there were cars blocking him in both lanes, from running the light. I tried to take a photograph of his tag plate. He knew what I was doing and when the light went green he sped away. I caught up to him and he started trying to force me to hit him in the rear by jamming the brakes on. Sudden stops! He made a right turn onto an access street to get to Kenwood Ave. at about 35 mph nearly hitting another car head on. He also ran the stop sign at Kenwood Ave. And nearly hit another car on Kenwood heading N.E.
