Discription of Events: Merged into my lane without looking or using blinker. When I swerved and sped up to avoid being side swiped they then got over, sped up, cut me off while flipping me off and then break checked me. Once they got over again I eventually was passing them in the next lane. They swerved as if to hit me or “psych” me out and then sped off.
