Discription of Events: Fellow needs to put a halt on it -- Caucasian male, solo driver, no facial hair, no spectacles, in mid-50's, about 6' tall driving a 2021 Chevrolet Suburban, VIN 1GNSKCKD7MR426409. Fails to stop at intersections for pedestrians at cross-walks -- out of frustration, anger or other deranged chaotic state of mind -- gesturing as if wanting to run over them or simply could care less given absence of any sensitivity to the fellow's surroundings. Looks to be using his gargantuan vehicle to bully pedestrians and anyone else who gets in his path.
