Discription of Events: The driver did not stop for a couple pedestrians who were attempting to cross at a flashing-yellow-signal pedestrian crosswalk. One of the pedestrians must've been upset and slapped the back of the car as it drove by. The passenger in the back yelled out threatening to kill that pedestrian if they touched the car again. Last I checked, it is the law to stop for pedestrians if they are at or within 10 feet of a designated crosswalk.
