Discription of Events: Driver was recklessly driving from the 95 freeway exiting decatur/spring mountain going 65-75mph on a 35mph, driver was getting to close to me & while trying to switch lanes driver almost side swipe me on the right. Driver almost crash into 3 more cars on spring mountain.
