His usual exit-entrance point is the neighborhood around the Waltham Street and Worthen Road intersection in Lexington, Massachusetts. Character used to have rhode island license plates and has been rampaging around the area from Lexington to Waltham since last year and all through last summer -- School nights, weekends, Sundays, Holidays, the rogue is out to satiate his need for speed and thirst for attention as the center of "his" world.
