Discription of Events: This truck ran up on me as if he was drunk, at the split of 495 East heading towards Silver Spring and College Park. The work truck pursued to tail me right on my bumper, almost causing two accidents, through exit South 355 Bethesda, onto South Drive of NIH. Realizing he just enter onto government property. He made a quick U turn to exit. I was able to get a pick of the back of the truck and reported to Montgomery County Police. This all happened between 6:45pm and 7pm, Sunday, May 7th 2023.
