Discription of Events: Passing vehicles in a no passing zone in morning rush hour traffic with a School bus oncoming in the opposite direction. This vehicle tried to side swipe me to get back into Southbound Traffic, forcing me off the road into the grass as there was no where for his car to fit. This vehicle is another one of these blacked out window vehicles, a white Dodge, fake police car looking type of vehicle that we all see. If this operator continues this behavior they will get himself or herself or some innocent motorists killed. In this case he was endangering the lives of the children in the school bus. children killed if not careful.
