Discription of Events: The driver tried to drive me off the road on EB I-94 in Waukesha and then drove erratically in front of me. After moving over to far right lane, I later observed the driver cut directly in front of a black pick-up truck and almost cause an accident while a semi truck was in the next lane. He then exited left and northbound at Miller Park.
