Discription of Events: Asian Female driver drives recklessly throughout Val Vista neighborhood during school hours/school zone. She also doesn't come to a full stop at a 4 way stops. She speeds way higher than 25 mph. She also tailgates other drivers. Later, I found out she lives at 4454 Denker Drive in Pleasanton, CA when she came flying out of her garage in reverse without looking either directions.
