Discription of Events: Driving up to a stop light with a right turn only lane on the right. Person tried to pass the car in front of me and when they couldnt they cut me off in the middle of the intersection, almost causing an accident. Then laughed a drove away, not caring that they almost hit me because they didnt want to get behind my car (there was no one else behind me)
