Discription of Events: Semi Truck with large flatbed turning right coming off the freeway at a res light on Sunset. Person in front of light was not making their free right due to it being unsafe. There were cars coming and visibility was low due to it being dark and rainy. Semi was flashing his brights, laying on his horn REPEATEDLY and aggressively trying to intimidate the driver to turn on a red in unsafe conditions. Seconds before the light turned green. Completely irresponsible
