Discription of Events: Was break checking every car that came close behind her. There was a massive accident in Westminster, MD and all traffic was redirected. Observed her trying to aggressively block intersections in an attempt to prevent cars from getting in front of her. Each time a driver attempted to exit a driveway to enter traffic, she would immediately move forward blocking the driver inside of the driveway.I witnessed her almost slam into the side door of several cars trying to prevent them from getting in front of her.
