Discription of Events: Reckless driving ; doing donuts at our local in n out when there’s many cars parked in danger of being hit, a few got hit with the rocks of the loose dirt. arrived at in n out very disrespectful and didn’t even purchase anything from the spot. Therefore just came to cause trouble. A few people were also crossing who were in danger of being hit. Also people were enjoying their food outside of their cars then suddenly couldn’t even enjoy their meal because of all the dirt thrown up.
