Discription of Events: Speeding in residential. Corner of Shady Oak Rd and Bullock Dr. I was about to make a left turn from stop sign after clear checking both ways when out of the blind spot on my left comes this speeding car. I had to quickly slam my brakes. This car kept same rate of speed, only slowing down when near speed bump. Slow down in residential areas!
