Discription of Events: The driver was tailgating me all the way to my exit, & I was exiting, the driver sped up from behind me to try to pass me through the shoulder lane on my right forcing me to swerve into my left lane, otherwise I would’ve gotten hit by him from my back passenger side. I drove off & he kept following me & slowed down to match my speed & rolled his window down to cuss me out for no reason.
