Discription of Events: This vehicle almost caused two accidents break checking a young girl for 5-6 minutes while blocking her inside the busy 101 freeway. Then sped up to 90 mph to drive away. The car was swerving in and out of traffic almost hitting other cars. This is a very dangerous persona and vengeful on this poor girl. He bullied her under dangerous conditions. He should lose his license.
