Discription of Events: On Wednesday, January 11 at or around 1:50 PM, a silver Lexus (license plate 9BPC863) blew by me like I was standing still on a road with a 40 mph speed limit. I was driving the speed limit of 40 mph. The silver Lexus appeared to be racing a blue VW Tiguan (license plate 9BGZ426), which passed me shortly after the Lexus. This incident occurred in the Arden Arcade community of Sacramento, California.
