Discription of Events: Driver was weeving in and out of traffic and then cut in front of me so close that I had to slam on my brakes. I honked him than he brake checked me. I then went into the other lane and then he started screaming at me. He then sped off to the red traffic light than started yelling at me and giving me the finger.
